Seating Preference for NYE Dinner Dance*

To reserve seating with a group, please decide on one name for the table and ask each member of the group to use that name.
If you are not part of a group, please let us know and we will find a seat for you with other guests.
If you are a dancer without a dancing partner for the evening and prefer to sit with other “singles,” please let us know.
Our tables are usually designed for 8 guests. If your party has fewer than 8 people, please graciously welcome other guests to your table. All seats are needed.
Please let us know if you have special needs.
We will hold reservations for approximately 30 minutes after the start of the evening.

Picking up your NYE Dinner Dance tickets*

Please let us know the name of EACH person for whom a ticket is ordered. You may pick up your tickets at the front desk when you arrive for the New Year's Eve Dance.

These tickets are for social BALLROOM dances only. They are not valid for West Coast Swing Nights, Latin Nights, or Hand Dances.

Your tickets will be waiting at the front desk of the Ballroom for you to pick up. You may pick them up when you arrive for the dance or before. Please let us know the names in which the tickets should be held. Reminder: Tickets are only valid for BALLROOM dances, not for any West Coast Swing Nights, Latin Nights, or Hand Dances.
