Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) lamps

provide Air Disinfection, applying  intense UV energy

to inactivate airborne pathogens (including viruses)

as they flow within the HVAC ducts at Hollywood Ballroom.

The UV purification system was installed April 5, 2021.

The Ballroom has also upgraded the filtration system’s filters to MERV-13

to help give our customers the cleanest air quality.
